Kutchi Kadak Recipe
Ingredients
- Potato (3 to 4 pieces)
- Oil (5 teaspoon)
- Salt (3 teaspoon)
- Red chili powder (3 teaspoon)
- Turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)
- Cumin powder (2 teaspoon)
- Coriander powder (2 teaspoon)
- Dabeli Masala (2 teaspoon)
- Asafoetida (Hing) (1/4 teaspoon)
- Roasted and separated peanuts (1 cup)
- Oil (3 teaspoon)
- Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)
- Turmeric powder (1 teaspoon)
- Cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
- Coriander powder (2 teaspoon)
- Garam masala (1 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Tamarind seedless (5 teaspoon)
- Garlic (6 to 7 cloves)
- Red chili powder (2 teaspoon)
- Coriander powder (2 teaspoon)
- Jaggery (7 teaspoon)
- Salt (2 teaspoon)
- Cumin seeds (2 teaspoon)
- Coriander leaves (1 cup)
- Green chilies (3 to 4)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Cumin seeds (2 teaspoon)
- Ginger (1/2 inch piece)
- Potato (1 piece)
- Dabeli masala (2 teaspoon)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Garam masala(1 teaspoon)
- Oil (2 teaspoon)
- Chili powder( 4 teaspoon)
- Water (5 to 6 cups)
- Jeera butter (10 to 12 pieces)
- Onion (2 pieces)
- Coriander leaves (1/2 cups)
For Potato Sabzi (recipe)
For Masala Peanuts (recipe)
For Tamarind chutney (recipe)
For Green chutney (recipe)
For Gravy or Ras
For assembling
Instructions
- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Heat oil in the pan and add mashed potatoes.
- Add salt, Dabeli masala, garam masala, chili powder and saute the mix.
- Add water and boil the Ras for 5 minutes.
- Ras is ready, you can keep it aside.
- In a bowl make medium pieces of jeera butter.
- Add prepared potato sabzi (find the Recipe here).
- Add tamarind chutney and coriander chutney and mix.
- Add prepared Ras and Masala peanuts (find the Recipe here) and chopped onions and coriander leaves.
- Kutchi Kadak is now ready.

- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Heat oil in the pan and add mashed potatoes.
- Add salt, Dabeli masala, garam masala, chili powder and saute the mix.
- Add water and boil the Ras for 5 minutes.
- Ras is ready, you can keep it aside.
