Mayonnaise Sandwich is very easy to make and it can be prepared very quickly. You can use lots of veggies to make it healthy and colourful. Veggies and Mayonnaise both makes it a very healthy dish and it’s tasty too.

Snap of the ingredients,
- Grate all vegetables carrots, capsicum, cabbage and onion.
- Mix all grated vegetables.
- Add chili sauce, mayonnaise and salt and mix it well.
- Take two slices of bread and apply butter on one side.
- Take another bread and top 3 teaspoon of grated vegetable mix and spread evenly and cover with other buttered bread slice. You can grate and add cheese as well if you wish to.
- Apply butter on outer side of both bread slices.Toast or grill prepared sandwich until it seems to be prepared properly.
- Your Healthy mayonnaise sandwich is ready to serve.
