Chinese Bhel Recipe – Guide to quickly prepare tasty Chinese Bhel

Chinese Bhel Recipe

Chinese Bhel Recipe

Ingredients

  • Cabbage (200 grams)
  • Onion (2 pieces)
  • Fried Noodles (200 grams)
  • Red Chili powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Schezwan Chutney (3 to 4 teaspoons)
  • Tomato Ketchup (7 to 8 teaspoons)
  • Coriander leaves (few branches)

Instructions

    Fried Noodles Preparation
  1. Boil one pack of noddles for 3 to 4 minutes with adding 1 to 2 spoon of oil so noodles will not stick and drain all water.
  2. Add 2 teaspoon of Cornflour on noodles.
  3. Cool noodles on room temperature and if required add one more teaspoon cornflour.
  4. Heat oil in the pan and fry noddles till it becomes crispy and golden brown in color.
  5. Fried Noodles are ready now.

  7. Cut cabbage and onion in long thin strips or shreds.
  8. In a wide bowl or in a big plate, add shredded onion and cabbage.
  9. Add fried noodles (purchased from the market) and schezwan chutney and tomato ketchup and mix all the ingredients well.
  10. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  11. Chinese Bhel is ready.
