Corn Chaat Recipe

Ingredients

  • Corn (1 cob / 1 cup)
  • Onion (1 medium size)
  • Tomato (1 medium size)
  • Lime juice ( teaspoon)
  • Coriander leaves ( few branches)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Red chili powder ( 2 teaspoon)
  • Coriander seed powder ( 2 teaspoon)
  • Cumin seed powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Chaat masala (1 teaspoon)
  • Amchoor powder (1 teaspoon)(optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil corn till it becomes soft or pressure cook it for 1 to 2 whistles.
  2. Finely chop onion and tomato and coriander leaves.
  3. In mixing bowl add boil corn, chopped onion and tomatoes and mix it.
  4. Add all dry ingredients salt,chili powder, cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder, chaat masala,  amchoor powder and mix it well.
  5. After mixing add lime juice and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Healthy Corn Chaat is ready to be served.
